The Berkeley heat team generously referred me to their builders they worked with even though I didn’t buy a sauna from them. We got our hot tub last year form BH. We had a smooth experience with all our questions answered. They recommended installers and an electrician. I've been in a few times the past year with random questions and they are always cool to answer(eventho they are quite busy). From the time I first entered, at the recommendation of a friend, Nic and Darrian were very helpful, relaxed (not high pressure sales), knowledgeable and informative about what I would need to have the best hot tub purchase and installation experience. We are loving our Finnleo sauna. Berkeley Heat referred us to their installer who did an assessment of our space to help us figure out what we needed to prep our yard for a suitable placement for the sauna. (We needed to redo a side yard first). The installer Vadim was a pleasure to work with—professional, on time, answered questions and was overall a great resource for making our project happen.
